MONDAY

Country Fried Chicken
  • Topped with sausage gravy and served with sauteed vegetables.
Country Burger Steak
  • Served over mashed potatoes, topped with brown gravy and grilled onions.

TUESDAY

Choice of Three Tacos
  • Choose from: grilled or buffalo chicken, buffalo shrimp, Philly steak, or ground beef. Topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, cheddar, and pepperjack cheese. Choice of one side.
Ed’s Burrito
  • Choice of steak or chicken stuffed with rice, sautéed peppers and onions, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheddar jack cheese.Topped with sour cream and avocado.

WEDNESDAY

Grilled Ham and Cheese
  • Choose your cheese: American, provolone, pepperjack, cheddar, or pimento cheese. Grilled to perfection and served with a bowl of chili or our daily soup special.*
Peruvian Chicken Bake
  • Peruvian marinated chicken served with baked potato wheels and cilantro crema.

THURSDAY

Cuban Pita
  • Grilled pita with chicken, swiss cheese, ham, fried onions, fried pickles, and honey mustard. Choice of side.
Lemon Pepper Chicken
  • Served over bacon and vegetable rice, topped with cilantro crema.

FRIDAY

Fish Fillet Platter
  • Choice of grilled, blackened, or fried fish fillet served plain or with a bun and a side of tartar sauce. Choice of any side.
Blackened Shrimp Platter
  • Blackened Shrimp with a side of white rice and a cucumber, pepper, jalapeno, corn, and pimento salad. Served with shrimp sauce.
