Choice of one side • Ed’s Burrito - Choice of steak or chicken stuffed with rice, sautéed peppers and onions, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheddar jack cheese.Topped with sour cream and avocado.
Wednesday
Grilled Ham and Cheese - Choose your cheese: American, provolone, pepperjack, cheddar, or pimento cheese. Grilled to perfection and served with a bowl of chili or our daily soup special* • Peruvian Chicken Bake - Peruvian marinated chicken served with baked potato wheels and cilantro crema.
Thursday
Cuban Pita - Grilled pita with chicken, Swiss cheese, ham, fried onions, fried pickles, and honey mustard. Choice of side • Lemon Pepper Chicken - Served over bacon and vegetable rice, topped with cilantro crema.
Friday
Fish Fillet Platter - Choice of grilled, blackened, or fried fish fillet served plain or with a bun and a side of tartar sauce. Choice of any side • Blackened Shrimp Platter - Blackened shrimp with a side of white rice and a cucumber, pepper, jalapeno, corn, and pimento salad. Served with shrimp sauce.
